Job Description
Rapidly expanding medical services and sales company operating in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Representative in Northern Reno NV.

The talented candidate we are seeking must by detail oriented and have a strong work ethic open to working in a challenging environment where daily activities are dictated by customer demand. This person would have a high level of experience in inventory management or pharmacy environment. The position involves specific required daily tasks but is driven by customer calls regarding formulary requests, regulatory compliance, the use of our proprietary web based software applications, peripheral hardware installations, as well as support with general product / inventory supply needs.

A typical day would include preparing and tracking orders, building formularies for new and existing customers, requesting new products and or sizes from vendors, understanding generic equivalents of brand medications, , resolving new incoming support calls from medical staff, managing open customer tickets, and resolving open issues in a timely manner. Customer interfaces include phone, email, e-fax, and live online support.

Main Responsibilities
. Place manual product orders and monitor automated order processes
. Direct phone and online customer support with medical office staff
. Receive, build, and track incoming physician formulary requests
. Request and track formulary updates from vendors
. Answer questions and resolve a wide variety of inquiries related to physician dispensing
. Quick learner with ability to solve routine problems on own
. Ability to triage and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate area
. Update Customer Resource Management (CRM) tasks and open cases
. Follow up on open issues and pending requests
. Support Sales Reps in the field

Qualifications
. Pharmaceutical repackager and formulary management experience desired
. High level understanding of DEA requirements for physician dispensing
. High level understanding of medication storage, inventory, and labeling requirements for physician dispensing
. High level knowledge with all Microsoft office tools, email, and advanced web browser configuration and settings
. Must be punctual with excellent attendance
. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
. Work well as part of a team, skilled at multi-tasking during peak support hours
. Ability to work effectively and comfortably with all levels of medical staff including physicians
. Self confident, friendly, patient, hard-working, and dedicated
. Professional appearance and reliable transportation required
. Minimum 1 year of college
. Background check and pre-employment drug screening mandatory

Recent Military service a plus!
